Recipe
Heat the oil in a frying pan with and cook the Kievs for 6 - 7 minutes on each side. It is important to cook and handle them gently to stop them from falling apart.
When the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, serve immediately with a wedge of lemon and some salad.
