
Our outdoor bred and reared Farm Assured pork is principally sourced from selected Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.
The breeds we purchase are predominately Large White & Landrace.
The Large White, which originated in Yorkshire County, is the leading breed in the world for quality pork; it is also one of the oldest breeds first registered in 1884 with The National Pig Breeders Association in Watford.
We also offer rare breeds such as The Gloucester Old Spot and Tamworth when they are available.
