
Our company policy, since it's foundation in 1892, has been to provide our customers with the finest beef possible.
We have always favoured Aberdeen Angus beef for its incredible flavour, texture and succulence that cannot be surpassed. We procure our prime Angus Beef through Scotch Premier of Inverurie who ensure that all our beef originates from Scotland's top beef producers. The cattle are traditionally reared on natural lush grass for the majority of the year, being housed during the extreme winter conditions in warm dry conditions whilst being fed a natural diet.
All our beef is matured for a minimum of 21 days to maximise the time-honoured true beef taste before being prepared by our experienced butchers to meet each customer'sprecise requirements.
